Pathetic call centre agent

I received a call on Thursday from your call centre. Vodacom has requested that you cancel my contract due to bad reception in my area. The agent that called me and that was supposed to send me the info by email did not have a clue how the MTN contracts work. He insisted that a MTN500 contract has 500 minutes!!!
Please can you rather cancel my contract all together, as this is the final straw. Autopage must be the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. Last year you made me pay R11 000 for someone else's account.
Not to talk about poor after sales service when it comes to repairs on a handset. from your call centre agents. The list goes on.
