Disgusting service and lack of professionalism!!!

Yesterday I got a call from an agent from Vericred, she called in connection with my account that was handed over to them without any means of the service provider contacting me. Anyway she told me that a service was given to me in Jan 2012 according to the docs she has, asked her to verify and confirm those dates because I was not seeing any specialist then she insisted that it was the correct date. She suggested that she sends me an invoice to see the dates but I should be aware that I'm going to pay for that statement, of which I refused to pay. Today got a detailed statement from the supervisor with the correct info and the dates, she then the "agent" calls me to ask what incorrect info did she give me coz she heard that I sent an email... WT*??? What service is that and then to make things worse she hangs up while I'm still talking to her!!!

Was I supposed to just accept whatever that she was telling me, run to the bank and pay for an account with incorrect info??? Is it not my right to get the correct details? I didn't say I wasn't gonna pay (I know the kind of med aid I belong to), all I'm saying is give me the correct info!!! I've never dealt with such a rude person!!!
