Last week, after 3 weeks of putting in online applications for an upgrade on a specific phone, I finally get a call from an agent named Amanda, who constantly got my account and personal info incorrect on the call. Because she had called me at an inconvenient time, I politely and patiently asked her to call me within the next 5-10 minutes.

She chose to call me the following day while I was away from home. I politely asked her to call me on Monday, which she did.
But then again she had confirmed incorrect contract and personal info by calling me on my second name and not my first and also again had my tariff plan details incorrect

Not to be rude and completely irate, I requested to speak to someone who could read and speak correctly, then I was handed over to her "supervisor" Charne (who was clearly another agent, based on her script-reading).

She did however get my info correct and eventually we got down to business.
However all the tariffs she mentioned where my phone was available on, which was not offered online.
We agreed on a deal anyway on condition I get a copy of what we discussed.

24 hours later I get tracking unreadable tracking email!
Now I'm completely upset!
