No Representative arrived at scheduled appointment

Waited 3 weeks to get a reference, they said they will contact me back but did not, I had to phone back 3 times and spoke to 3 consultant and only the third one could help me.

After that I paid my deposit (over 2 weeks ago)

They booked a appointment and I got a sms confirming that the a representative will be sent to premises to fulfill the service, and that it will be a all day appointment (30 January 2014).. Therefore I took a day leave (unpaid) and waited the whole day with nobody arriving.

Then again I phoned and they rescheduled the appointment for today (4Feb) again, a day unpaid leave, just to receive bad service yet again (5 weeks later)

This has cost me various of phone calls on my cost, two days unpaid leave!!!

This is the most terrible service that I have ever experienced!!!

How can Telkom advertise to be one of the best service providers if they have no competence to provide the service that they sell?

It is as if they take your deposit and just don't care!!

I cant take leave every second day for empty promises, because my work actually entitles work, not like what Telkom staff calls work but work that delivers a good service and not only when I feel like it
