So I decided to settle my account. Paid my R 870.00 in October 2013. My phone was not cancelled until Mid January 2014 so I was still paying on my contract for 4 months. Which by my calculations my contract should almost be finished? So where the is my money I paid in October? And on top of that I get billed twice now on 31 January and on 1 February 2014 Why 2 payments? So they are not just but also taking double payments? I am going to cancel this debit as I am sick of holding on the phone for 20 minutes to get hung up on. So I cancel your debit order and you can phone me.

And don't just tell me we are looking into it... Give me an answer so the rest of the world can see what your answer is!

Oh and don't phone me on a private number as it is blocked on my phone!
