Cellphones not delivered

I have a contract with MTN and was suppose to get two cellphones last year February as per agreement but they never delivered, so i went to Century City branch and got no assistance from them they kept promising to resolve the problem but they never did but MTN is still taking money from my account since last year February for the cellphones i don't have.
