Sudden debit order increase

So before flying off the handle, can someone from MTN please explain why my usual R218 pm is now R452.99 " DEBIT TRANSFER MTN SP A3314096 0104148009 R 452.99 " I have signed nothing allowing you to deduct additional fees, I have not skipped a month. I renewed/ upgraded my contract in November 2013 and paid all related cost on site, R100 upgrade fee and R136 micro sim swap fee.
