Efusing to unblacklist my mobile phone handset

Vodacom has blacklisted my mobile handset a sumsang s3, when I requested that they unblacklist it they requested that I bring a police affidavit which I did. and since then they have not done anything. I kept one going to their customer care and they keep telling me that their working on it and they have not done anything. I am now tired of visiting their customer care in Sandton.
