Upgrade-CONFLICTING INFORMATION BETWEEN YOUR INTER

So every single consultant iv spoken to at your cc, has confirmed that I do qualify for an upgrade..I get to your store in hatfield and get assisstance from a very blase 'so called manager' by the name of kaldi who punched my details on the system and says that im blocked... legal... itc, and that I cant upgrade. I must phone itc myself. I left the store, called 140 and spoke to kapelo at upgrades who put me through to your legal department. I spoke to modwa at your legal dept who confirmed with me that all isxclear on their side, and that I should go back to the store and request that the store manager do a manual overide for my upgrade. I got back to the store, mr kaldi calls your credit dept, only for them to tell me iv got arrear accounts... bullldust... I can print statements on all my accounts... iv got nothing in arrears... is the problem with cell c or with itc...? Why arent you guys giving me the same information? Thee is definitely a miscomunication betwen your inter depts... surely your store manager should have went the extra mile to assist me? If cellc keeps on employing managers like kaldi. I have to pt out that you guys are going to lossse alot of clients!!!
