A week ago I went into Telkom Centurion Mall to claim a refund of around R160 that Telkom owes me for the last 2 months. I walk in and there is no one to greet you and guide you to the relevant person. Once I got to the residential line assistance, I was told to go to the cashier for assistance. Once I got to the cashier. She sent me back to the residential line assistance. That person then wanted to send me to the telephone to call Telkom. Not once did someone bother to check the reference number to see how best they can help. They just kept pushing me on to the next person. The service was extremely pathetic. While I was in the store there were two other customers who were growing impatient with the bad customer service being received. Get your business in order and learn to help your customers properly. One thing is for sure, I and everyone I know will NEVER be supporting Telkom Centurion Mall ever again.
