Business line owners can't purchase residential p

I have a business line. I tried purchasing a uncapped 4Meg "residential product". I was refused by telkom agent claiming that business make too much profit therefore we cant give you residential products.

Now i live and work from home. I do not need a business adsl package costing me R1000 plus. Adsl is not as an essential part of my business But my phone line is, hence why i have a business line. All i need internet for is for browsing and email.

Why Telkom cant i buy a residential product on my business line???
