Cellphone not Repaired/Replaced

My Mother bought me a cellphone at Musina in February of 2012, the cellphone was insured and this year during May, the cellphones started not working probably and was damaged. We took it to the store and they booked it in for repairs. The cellphone only came back this month (August) and it was not repaired, it does not even charge, the Staff can't explain anything to us claiming they don't know what happens with the Cellphones. Now we are sitting with a INSURED phone that doesn't not switch on but Jet is still deducting the insurance money every month, my mom is deeply dissapointed. I called the Edcon Center and spoke to someone (Dudu) who was very kind and listened to the story, promise to call me back the following day but I havn't heard from her or anyone from Edcon. Pls Help.
