Cellphones blocked even when paid

Yet again 8ta never debited our account as agreed in the agreement between us and them and now they have blocked our Cellphones even thou we have paid the amount into their account more than a week ago.

Please could this be resolved a.s.a.p. as this has happened before and if they can't fix their billing I want to cancel the service.
