Dealing with one2one is like dealing with a bunch of grade 5 students who do not know their job. Its been exactly a week now since my wife and sisters cellphones last worked. I cancelled my contract with one2one on the 15th of August and was advised to waite for a month for contracts to be cancelled and be put back to prepaid with MTN. After my wife complained about her cellphone not working I contacted one2one and they advised that they would send instruction to MTN to convert both cellphones to prepaid and that would take up to 48 hours. After the 48hr period the cellphones were not working and i phone them again and they advised me that the cellphones have to be ricad (agai) as both phones were ricad prior to joining their contact. I went to Pick 'n Pay to rica the sim on thursday 19th and did not work, i phoned them again on Friday and was advised to rica @ their store or MTN and I did that on fridayt in one of their store and it didn't work, after calls were made to the call centre i was referd to MTN who could not assist as the numbers are cancelled. Foschini cannot just cancel my numbers i need an urgent response from the Senior person at their customer services.
