I am truly disgusted about the service I have received from Nashua Mobile. Whilst the person at the Sandton store has been pleasant to deal with, I find the unnecessary delays and lack of feedback from Nashua Mobile appaling. After upgrading my wife's contract a week back and ordering the new handset, I was advised that the handset would be delivered shortly to the store. My issues are as follows: 1. I was not advised that the handset was delivered at the store. 2. After enquiring at the store yesterday I was presented with the incorrect handset (wrong colour). Despite it being clearly stipulated in more than 1 section of the contract, the inorrect colour was sent by the warehouse. Based on that the warehouse is based in Johannesburg and within 10kms of the store, it is unbelievable how long it is expected to rectify this issue. The warehouse is not prepared to send the correct handset (nor even allow the ordering of such unit), until they have received back the incorrect one. This is completely rediculous especially since Nashua is at fault and not me. It would have been far easier to run this process directly with Vodacom.
