Ref: 28cwk 300114. There are no words to describe my disappointment, anger, frustration and utter disgust with your pathetic attempt at basic, bottom-end service. It has been almost a month since I first logged a line fault on the 7th of January. In that time i have spoken to at least 6 different call center agents, everyone of them asking me the same questions and giving me different answers. Nobody seems to have any idea, interest, or ability to comprehend what is going on outside the boundaries of their own cubicle. The communication between your various departments is NON EXISTANT!! I have had 3 visits from 2 separate technicians, one of which I had to BRIBE to take a look at my premises. Alas, after HOURS of waiting in queues on my cell phone, insane amounts of data charges from your beloved brothers in arms at Vodacom and a filthy cocktail of and deceit added to by jjust about every last one of you that I have had the displeasure of dealing with, I still have no reliable service. This is not the the first time I have had an issue with your company. R600 / month for a data line that doesnt work. Where are my consumer rights?!?! Telkom is basically just taking our money!!
