Unable to cancel services/4 Months

Dear Webafrica

I have been a client of yours for a few years now and in all that time this is the worst service I have ever received. I have been trying to cancel a duplicate service on my account since I changed to the new service in September 2013.

Since then I have been charged for the Nitro Unlimited: Windows Micro Plus its over data usage on the package that is no longer used!

What I've done so far:
1. I asked to have the service cancelled when we changed over to the new Shared Windows Premium package.
2. In December I logged a ticket again to have the service cancelled again without success
3. In January I phoned the billing department again with Ref #Haviza or however you spell her name and the services are still billed and active.

In short fix this and refund me from October 2013! This level of service is unacceptable for a ISP that states on their site: "We're pretty laid-back and cool but we take our customer relationships super-seriously, aiming for 99% uptime and offering year-round professional support."
