Contesting Invoices RAN753029057 & RAN753052503:
In ticket 1821389 you had told me: "I have viewed your account ran75 and can confirm that on the 27 Dec 2013 your adsl service was reversed from pending cancellation to active. Therefore we have charged you the amount of R262.45"
My response to you is by WHOM was the pending cancellation reversed? Certainly NOT BY ME.
I have ONLY worked through your Support Chat; in other words I HAVE NOT ORDERED ANYTHING online or in your section Order New Services. - I have NOT. So how can you say that my cancellation was reversed.

I makes it very clear that my uncapped data package is cancelled since the end of December 2013.
So why do you keep sending me more invoices?
