We have just relocated from Pinetown, Kwazulu Natal To Radiokop Gauteng.

In Pinetown we never had a problem with signal, since we have moved to radiokop the signal is terrible, it take 30 minutes to load gmail if you are lucky it loads but generally doesn't. I went to telkom in clearwater mall to find out how to rectify the situation the 1st store's customer services was terrible then went to the other store in clearwater mall, i was told i would either be phoned back on thursday or friday regarding the bad signal i only received a call at 16:20 to be told they want to charge me near R1500 for cancellation of the contract when i then asked to speak to a manager to be told they weren't any she then put the phone down on me.she was very rude. I Think its bull that i have to pay a cancellation fee for a service that i don't get. i don't want to cancel by choice but i may have to due to the fact that there is no telkom signal in my area!!! surelly this is telkoms to fix. I was also told that they would send a technician out to put a booster up and i am still waiting!!!

I will take this to the very highest person i can. I will not pay the cancellation fee for it is not my fault!!!
