No answer from Mweb when trying to log a call

I have been trying to log a call with mweb the whole day, with no answer from the call center.
I wasted all my airtime when holding for the next available consultant.
I pay (well actually my company pay's) for a Mbps line but the best I ever got was/is 1.38mps.
I know this is probably gonna be thrown between telkom and Mweb, but everybody around me uses Telkom as their ISP and they get around 3.4mbps.
Can someone please get back to me about this.
