MTN have agreed their service/reception is unacceptable and have agreed to cancel my contract but I must return the modem and simcard. Upon taking in the form to cancel, it occurred to me that I have paid for half the modem already, yet MTN insist I return it. If this is the case then I want half my money back for last year that I have paid towards it or I could cut it in half and return half a modem to your store? I might sound lame, but why is it that MTN cannot provide a decent service hence the cancellation, but I must suffer the losses. Always a one sided benefit with you guys! It's really not about keeping the modem it's the principle of the matter. We are long standing MTN clients and perhaps I should re consider the support. And by the way I will not pay anything further as this contract should have been cancelled already, we can fight it out in court if need be. I'm over the disgusting service.
