Two months ago my signal dropped from HSDPA to intermittent Edge signal (more off than on). After 5 calls and 3 repair requests a technician finally came to my house and confirmed weak signal with interference from MTN signahl. He said that the next level of technical support will approach me in two/three days. This never happened. After following up I was given " very helpful" support by the call centre (teeth-less to the problem) but friendly nonetheless, I was told that my problem was escalated to the 2nd level technical support and was even informed that "sms' s" were sent to me??? I have replaced my router just to play it save. Yesterday Kgotso Ford from the call centre after an earlier threat (legal and Hellopeter) phoned me to inform that she spoke to the 2 level technical support and they confirmed NO SIGNAL PROBLEMS IN MY AREA (ALBERTON). NICELY CONTRADICTING HERSELF/ TELKOM MOBILE! a. I have requested immediate re-numeration for the two months of lost service b. Immediate repair of the signal and c. if no repair, the cancellation of my contract. Kgotso told to go to the closest store, request cancellation and pay a small penalty fee.?? AND THIS FOR 8ta's BREACH??
