2 months back i logged a complaint here against the weak 3G signal i get at my residence. This includes my cell signal as well. There was some back and forth and in the end i was informed that only in 2 years time my problem would be addressed as it is a mast issue. Also that i can cancel my 3G contract at no cost to me. I did not cancel, but found out that 2 of my colleagues also had signal strength issue from 8ta. For the one they made adjustments at the mast and his signal improved, no complaints from him. The other who lives in the next block from me had a booster installed at his home last year and they were there today to fix his weak signal which after fitting the booster went up to almost 7mbs. His signal was now about 1mbs and they had a technician out for him. My signal is always about 1mbs and i was told I can cancel my contract and they will fix it in 2 years time. I think something is seriously wrong and you guys basically spelled it out that I am just a number in your system.
