Shockingly bad service!

I have an uncapped adsl line and applied for the one year free hosting and mailbox.

I was billed for the "free" service at least 3 times and I've had to call each time for my credit. I was told that they could not sort it out from their side and I would have to call in each time.

This last month I called again and was told that an additional two mailboxes were added online.

Aghast I informed them that I had done no such thing and must have been hacked. As an attorney this is a huge security breach. He was not helpful and rude. He intimated that I must have done it myself and could not cancel the mailboxes. He offhandedly told me I could change my password and could put me through to their cancellation department. When I asked about my possible remedies he said an investigation could be launched but not how or by whom.

I logged into my account and find no evidence of these mailboxes. In addition my Tablet rejects mwebs security certificate which adds to my anxiety.

I am very disappointed and am going to actively look for a different service provider.

My advice to ppl, check your bank account, mweb may be taking more money than they should each month!
