MWEB webhosting uncapped Ultra for R99 p/m

Decided to start my own website and though it was slightly more expensive I wanted to host it under a co.za domain but unlucky for me it became the biggest waste of time.

Firstly half of everything on their Cpanel doesn't work nor does any response come from their help team.
Got my first mail saying some of my information was incorrect on my billing, following up I realized I was being billed R419.12 instead of R99.
Found that they were charging me for the mailboxes though the package included 10 free mail inbox's.
When you add the mailboxes under Cpanel R0-00 charge is added but they certainly bill you for it.

After almost two months of emailing, phoning, threatening them to raise this issue to outside sites such as Hello Peter they finally sent me the cancellation forms. Mweb makes it almost impossible to cancel, big surprise.

I agreed to pay for the R99 subscription fees but not for the mailboxes. After another two months of constantly phoning and emailing, with zero response except for the automatic email response which they promised every time including today I decided to post on Hello Peter.

Due to the character limit this is the short and sweet version of my issue.
