I called Mweb on the 15th November 2013 to move a clients email to an exchange server. All they said was that I needed to send an email to [Email Removed] to move the MX records to the new location. We did that. I called again on the 16th Nov 2013 and spoke to a engineer called David, he told me we had to send a cancellation letter to [Email Removed] to cancel the existing mailboxes first then another one to [Email Removed] for the MX record change. He suggested to do it on the following Friday as the MX record changed normally takes 48 hours. We then send the cancellation letter 14:23 today. No response received by 17:00. I called them to find out what had happened. The engineer Philip said they had not processed the request and I have to wait till Monday. No managers on standby and apparently none have cellphones either that I could call. This is and admin stuff up from Mweb's side and now my client must suffer another week before getting their email up and running. Who knows if I try again next week Friday it will not probably happen again. Something simple that they turn into a nightmare. Every time I deal with Mweb its the same thing, the services is terrible!!!
