MWEB shocking & lack of care

ADSL line went down on the 15/01/2013 - we lodged complaints starting on the 18/01/2013. We were told it was a Telkom line issue and they would follow up. On the 20/01/2013 I contact MWeb to follow up on the repair of the line & was told the query has been escalated (Ref: 1328931). I have called every single work day since to find out when the issue will be fixed only to be told it take 7 working days for Telkom to get a technician out to fix the line. Nothing has been done and I have now been informed that Telkom has a heavy work load. This is total rubbish and the worst service ever. I suggest people never use MWeb or Telkom as they will cut you off and not service you if you don't pay yet wont rush to fix your line when down. either was you have not service and get no feedback unless you phone everyday and spend your time and money following up. This issue will not be fixed for another week at best this is pathetic
