I use the Telkom line that is on my mom's name, but I pay the account. We moved and moved the line with us. I was told that if the account had no outstanding balance, that there would be NO extra charge in moving the line, but if there was an outstanding balance that it would cost just over R700. I made sure my account had a balance of R0.00, but was still charged R618.60 at the end of the month.
I feel that this is unacceptable and that the amount should be deducted from my account.
I would appreciate it if this is sorted out soon.
