Can't complain about service when there is none

Did my upgrade in April 2013 and chose the BB Z10. Ever since I have had problems with my signal, internet, dropped calls etc. Now in January, 9 months later someone at cell c finally suggested that my handset might be faulty. Had it tested and it was faulty. Took it in on tuesday 14 Jan, Thuli helped me. I asked for a loan phone, STILL have not received a call back. He told me that it would be 5 weeks before i get my phone back. One of the other emplyees told me to by a started pack. REALLY???
Here is my headache: In what phone must I use the started pack? The FAULTY phone that was given to me is now being repaired and is going to be given back to me. According to Thuli another 5 weeks of struggle will be added onto my 9 months of fustration. This was my 6th upgrade on the same number with cell c and will probably be my last. Not sorry the phone was faulty from the get go here is a new one, no we will repair the faulty "new" one and give it back to you.
The service and attitude at the East Rand mall branch is appauling and i will never direct anyone to ever go to them again.
9 months to establish that they gave me a faulty phone and they still want to repair it. Just great.
