CELL MY ROBBED ME OF MY NTERNET PACKAGE

From middle of last year I had internet problems, bad signal, sometimes no signal, the bad signal was so bad I could not even browse the net, It took ^ months before they sent someone to fix the problem, This was after a very long saga, 6 months of me fighting with them, sending them hundreds of emails to managers, putting many complaints on this site, going myself into 3 different stores and fighting, its was a misery, Eventualy after all this it was sorted out and the manager agree my package would be extended by 6 months to accommodate for the 6 months I had no internet usage, THIS WAS NOT DONE AND NOT THEY HAVE ENDED MY PACKAGE. Well done Cell C - I paid R3000 in advance for 1years service and only received 6months of service, EXTEND MY CONTRACT OR REFUND ME MY 50% you
