Wrong Debit date and my phone gets cut off!!!

I will never ever recommend anyone to Nashua mobile. I had an account with them for 1 year and 8 months. My debit always use to go off on the 1st of every month and if on a weekend it will go off the following working day. On the 30/03/2013 (Saturday) my account gets debited (the next working day is on the 02/04/2013) and it come back as an unpaid. I then accept the unpaid, i drive all the way to Canal wal on the 31/03/2013 and make a cash payment which i have proof of. No 1 tells me that i must send this proof of payment so i was under the impression that my account is up to date as i made the payment. Then about 8 days later my line is cut and it says i must call 0861 412 412. I call and the choose option 9, I speak to a lady called Thato and she insist i must send a proof of payment. I then ask her why because nobody told me. Then she says i must hold she will call the branch where i paid in Canal Walk, after 5 min she comes back and says that the phone just ringing and she tried the creditors department and they busy too. I asked her to speak to her manager Juli-Anne (spelling could be wrong) there is still no call from management.had to call back and another story, 0115584300 work
