On 10 Jan I discovered that my cell cant receive smse. After investigating this it was found that the problem started after returning from Moz. Ive logged a problem at Menlyn Cell C imm. Ever since then I went back 5 times, made numerous calls and the problem still persist. Today Im told that query no 4 is yet again closed and that someone at Customer Service will discuss my problem with someone else before they will lodge a new problem query. All the faulty queries was closed with reason: problem solved. I'm returning home this afternoon without a case number, no idea who to contact, no wiser and still no working phone. My previous provider is dragged into this problem although I've got written confirmation from them that they have released my number and porting was finalised in Nov 2013. Surely it can't take a month???
I've taken off of work 5 times. It can't continue like this. Surely if someone can just phone me and communicate with me I wouldn't be so frustrated and overcome the feeling of throwing the phone into 1000 pieces in one of the outlets?!?!
Good luck trying to explain to the other customers in store what happened because I am going to make a scene.
