On 24 January 2014 I logged a complaint on, and got the following reply from them:
We are awaiting stock however, the challenge in the turnaround times, which unfortunately, we have no control over. We do indeed share your disappointment in this regard, however we look forward to updated communication from our marketing team on the expected delivery time. I've contacted MTN Direct regarding my upgrade again. The handset I want appears in the newest Yellow Trader 1-28 February 2014, again to be met with the same annoying reply than reported before. Against my will, I decided on another model, Guess what??? They don't have stock of the other model either.

I was put on a "list" by Nosipho and she would have contacted me once they have received stock. Since the 24th January 2014. Needles to say, I am still awaiting her call.

Can someone from MTN Direct (Supervisor/ Manager), who can actually make a decision and try to keep their customers happy, please contact me
