Intermittent/No Service

For the past five weeks, I've received pathethic service from Telkom. I've either had intermittent or no service on my telephone line. I've called the call centre many times and after holding on for what seems an eternity, the line disconnects. I've been able to make contact with call centre personnel only once of the many times I've called. I've logged two faults online and have received sms updates, the most recent stating that the problem will be resolved on 02/02/2014. However, my ADSL is now connected but I am unable to use the telephone because there is no voice availability. What is going on?

I require my line to be connected urgently and my account to be credited in full. This isn't the first time this has happened either. I've had this problem almost a year ago and had taken me months to resolve the credit. At the same time the discount structure was not applied either. I trust somebody will make contact with me with a resolution.
