Dear Telkom.

We have am ADSL line through MWEB. The use we get from the line is SO poor. Intermittent connectivity and complete lack of connection are our biggest problems. Your useless call centre was cheeky enough to tell me that there is nothing else they can do for me, because I am too far from the hub, in terms of the line. The assistant on the phone told me to get TelkomMobile. I tried that. Download speeds of 100kB/s... How ridiculous. Isn't this supposed to be 3G?

In the end I am not surprised. It's Telkom. Our landline service is as intermittent as the ADLS, and you can not fob this problem off to MWEB, because I have received confirmation from your call centre before that the problem with your poor infrastructure and the contempt your call centre agents display.

Please make an effort to contact me, so we can cancel our landline. Cancel the line rental. I am taking my business elsewhere.
