MTN unable to provide details of data usage

In September 2013 I went to MTN SP in Polokwane to find out if my existing contract can be upgraded as I was having difficulties with my data router. At the time I was advised that this was possible and I asked for the newest data package similar to my existing one (2GB capped) I was advised that the relevant package is one that also has a special of 3GB plus 2 GB free. I signed up for this package. On or about the second of January my account was disconnected. On enquiry at Polokwane MTN I was told that this was because R12000 of data charges had accumulated on the account. As the amount was extravagent it was agreed with the assistants there that they will obtain details of the data. At the same time I made the shocking discovery that my account was no longer capped but open and that a credit limit of R18 000 was loaded on the account. To this day despite repeated requests MTN has been unable to:
- Provide me with data usage details justifiying the charges
- Reasons as to why my account changed to uncapped.
- Explain why a credit limit of R18000 was loaded on the account
This morning I reveived an e-mail that I was blacklisted for non-payment???
