EMPTY PROMISES! PATHETIC SERVICE!

After waiting almost 2 months for Cell C to assist police with a Section 502 after a armed in our home we finally got the go ahead to block the phones and do sim swops. R714 later and 72 hours, we still do not have our old numbers yet.

I have been calling your call centre and I have been put on hold for 35min! THIRTY FIVE!!! minutes at a time!

I am now very sick, and very of waiting!!!

Why am I paying for my contract phone if I cant use it???

And now you probably going to try and call me on the inactive sim card cause that is excactly how STUPID cell c is!!!
