The last few times I have had issues with my line or just wanted my line speed changed, I direct messaged Telkom on Twitter. My issues were generally resolved within a few hours and in the case of a complaint over a weekend, the issue was resolved early on the Monday morning.

Thank you Telkom for providing such good support and fast turn around times when dealing with issues over social networks. Keep up the good work and support.
