Awaiting adsl line switch and activation

I await my line activation and adsl since informing Telkom of me moving house early in November last year. I have called them several times at their call centre and have even contacted them on twitter. I still don't have an active line or adsl at my home. My telkom number is 021 687 9182. Although the last person to help me, Doreen, really did do her best. My reference is 92178039A. From Decemeber, my dispute reference is 90352052A.
The response on twitter was disappointing, after acknowledging my tweet and asking for my number via direct message they did not follow through, twitter requires that telkom follow me for my direct message to reach them, i would think that telkoms social media team would know this, they asked for my information to be sent to them privately on twitter but prevent me from sending them this info.

I hope this can be resolved soon as my life is not the same without internet at home.
