Upgraded from 10gig line to Uncaped on 9 May 2013 at Telkom Direct Store in Stellenbosch
On 12 May 2013 I was softcapped.
Logged a complaint online with telkom because the telephonic support is worse that pathetic.
Got a response after 24 hours that I am softcapped because I reached 8gig.??
Call closed.
I confirmed with agent where I did the upgrade that the upgrade is effective immediately.
Logged another call. Got a response after 48 hours that I reached my data limit. How is that possible on an Uncapped account.
Asked my wife to phone the useless 10210 number.
After 6 hours on the phone my router password has been changed through remote access.
The ISP password given does not work and now I do not have internet access.
I work for an international company and do frequent skype meetings to Dubai, Russia, Turkey and London.
Non of this can happen as long as Telkom around.
I am fed-up. Telkom service is good as long as you don't have any issues.
Any issue and they mess it up so bad it take weeks to correct.

Please please help me out here.
