A complaint about a 2010 transaction in which Virgin Active deducted money from my account after I returned their product unopened, has yet to be resolved! You promised on 6 Jan 2014 that my money will eventually be returned to my account within 7 days, yet after another 25 days yet, AGAIN no success! What is to be trusted about your company?
