I gave 3 months notice during October 2013 that I want to cancel my Virgin Mobile contract, due to their poor service. After no response for weeks, I had to write a complaint on HelloPeter, whereafter I eventually got their reply. On 5 Nov 2013 I received an e-mail from Virgin Mobile that the contract will be cancelled on 14 Nov 2013, and that my last debit date would be 1 Jan 2014, The 24 months period of the contract expired in Jan 2014. On 2 Feb 2014 they still deducted another premium from my account! That is nother else but MY MONEY!!! I want my money back!!!
