I returned a a phone to virgin mobile in 2011 and the phone was returned in compliance with all necessary terms and conditions to return a phone. a few months later, they started to deduct money from my account for the phone, after numerous phone calls and logging on complaints sites, including HelloPeter, the issue was resolved. Money was later deducted from my account again for the same reasons and all proceedings were repeated and Virgin Mobile once again apologized sincerely for the trouble and inconvenience and assured me I have been removed from their database and the issue will not happen again (follow on reference id Details for complaint ID 49985). Yesterday, 06-05-2013 I embarrassingly had to accept the fact to MTN that they can not provide me with a contract due to the fact that I have been listed on TransUnion by Virgin Mobile. After phoning Virgin Mobile, (ref id 27449241324) and being transferred and put on hold for 20 minutes, I was informed that I now again have to go and make the effort to send emails and copies of my id and proof around regarding this matter and will be assisted in 24-48 hours for a matter that was suppose to be handled years ago.
