Time is money I am losing all the time

I have reported my phone numerous times to the Telkom operator as well as on the internet on Telkom's webpage. The first report was on the 18th of January and only now did I get a SMS stating "the problem has been handed over to our repairs division". This on going problem has caused me a considerable loss in business. The only sign of life is that people phoning from outside hear the phone ring and it also allows the person to leave messages. However, the phone makes no ringing sound and it is as dead as a doornail.

I heard that Telkom has improved on its service BUT can any one then understand such a lack of efficiency? Worse still, why is nobody coming out to check the problem from this side?
