Telkom for service!

About a month ago I notice I cant seem to make out or get incoming calls on my land line! I called telkom and informed them they said they will check on there side and see what the problem little did that help me! the thing is, on there side it sounds as if my phone is ringing but at my house my phone is completely dead no sound for dialing tone no sound from a incoming call! What really me off was the fact that I had to beg and phone them to come out and check my phoneline out multiple times yet its been a month and no one has been to my house to fix my PHONE! I personally think telkom has for service and the call centre even worse! they even hand a nerve to tell me since im not the account holder they cant help me! yes my dad is the account holder and has been for over thirty years but i use the phone at home! but since I cant use the phone now I think we need to move to neotal to get better service!
