BAD SERVICE!!!

We are situated just outside of Kuils River, Cape Town, on the 18th of November we noticed that our phone line was dead, we lodged a complaint Ref no: 309CWZ181113, on the 28th of November we got an sms
stating that the problem has been resolved, but it was not the phone line was still dead. From then on we
have been trying to get through to the call centre, we hold on for hours, but we never get through,
we reported the fault online aswell Ref no: 45CWZ031213, and when you go and track your fault it just says
that Telkom is working on the problem. This is ridiculous. We are a business working from home, and we
are losing lots of money because of Telkom. And still we have to pay them each month. WE WANT ANSWERS AND RESULTS A.S.A.P
