Officially annoyed with you guys' HORRID billing. R678.00 was deducted from my account yesterday, putting it into a MASSIVE negative which was now incurred banking charges on my account! You guys deducted R678 the previous month as well and I complained to have things rectified. A woman from your call center called me that day and apologized for the double charge and asked me if she can keep it as a credit for the payment in January. I said yes. Now, R678 was debited from my account on 31 January and then credited again to my account on 1 February again. Please DO NOT touch my account ANY FURTHER. Please make sure whoever is running your billing department gets put through a table. Shocking service! I should not have to pay for this month, even AFTER your double debit this past weekend was corrected, I certainly DO NOT HOPE you'll be making a R339 debit again. The bank charges for the MASSIVE negative in my account already covered the cost for the month! Absolutely disgusted. And I don't even like complaining AT ALL.
