Bank Charges!!!

So some of my debit order rejected for last month and I understand there's a fee that's needs to be paid if a debit order rejects, But I need a explanation why am I being charged so much, I called fnb customer service the guy I spoke to couldn't even tell me what are those charges... I'm happy to pay but not that crazy amount.

For Temp loan department, How do you guys operate, Called them to make a payment they said I need to put money in my account they don't have a specific account that I can use to deposit, How can I put money in my account whereas my account is on negative because of the stupid bank charges. Im even thinking of opening another account so I can put my salary on, coz this is just ridiculous!!!
