FNB increased debit by R678.43 no authority

W.O.P ----- FNB increased my debit order by R678.43 without authorization and without informing me of the change or of any additional amount to be added to the debit - do they think they can simply from you and do what they wish on your account they!!! then when you phone they keep you holding on - do they think we have all the time in the world to wait for them and costing you a long phone call also why I ask you with tears in my eyes do they not train the staff properly it's like dealing with a bunch of monkeys in fact that's not right cause I think a monkey could probably do a better job they should change their slogan to "First National Bankie how may WEED help you" cause i think they smoking some green stuff.

Sort my account out, stop from me and use a little of that grey stuff in your head and communicate communicate communicate stop employing people that just have a degree but have know ing idea how to put in in practice.
