I requested that my account be debited on the 25th as i know that the 1st of every month there is nothing there. and now i am sitting with 2 debit orders that bounced and double bank charges, i cannot afford to have double negative deductions on my account. the cancellation consultant didnt even want to give me time to explain so we can get to a better solution. and i found out again that my account will be deducted again on the 16 and again ill have another R120 BANK CHARGE. guys i would like to have insurance but my account should only be deducted on the 25th no earlier and no later, if Outsurance can do it so can you and their customer service is Ten times better.
